About

The Bluest Color is a Picture Book Series designed to support the Mental Health of Elementary School students, while working to facilitate meaningful conversations between Parents and Teachers.

A division of the real life co - a Health & Wellness Non-Profit organization that is dedicated to the worth and growth of humans everywhere and in every way - we welcome you to a seat at this table.

Since 2020, which marked in recent history, a turning point in increased Mental Health crisis, the real life co has worked tirelessly to provide Mental Health support to humans. Adding to the real life co’s demographic reach - our youth, it is our hope that -

the bluest color becomes a voice for those who cannot formulate the words to express for themselves the moments their thoughts - “are turning inside them like a wheel.”

Written by a Retired NYC Educator and a Certified Life Coach, the bluest color is a word-picture, coloring book that asks for each student to help Blue, “find his favorite crayon” while speaking to the many ways in which Blue’s emotions outweigh his truest heart’s intentions.

During the formative years of our youth, we recognize that although each child is different and can demonstrate high intelligence, our elementary aged youth may not be able to completely express each moment when their Mental Health needs to be supported.

By helping Blue during his bluest day, we help our Youth, Parents and Teachers find ways to openly acknowledge differing needs in the moments our Mental Health requires support.

We are bridging the gap on the bluest of days.
